Mobile Dance Party is a social entertainment phenomenon that provides the environment for diverse groups of people to engage in spontaneous dance.  It was discovered by two festival attendees that danced their way through the festival campground with their mobile sound system and suddenly found they had attracted a mobile party that moved with them. It is something that was never planned to be but rather simply became into existence organically. Besides the cardiovascular benefits of dancing, dancing with strangers creates bonds through communal participation in a group experience. When you participate with a mobile dance party, you will likely bump into people you already know as well as make new friends along the way.

Mobile Dance Party also has given a secondary purpose to celebration with MDP cleanup events. We bring our mobile sound system into the wilderness areas where excessive dumping has occurred to clean it up. While the tunes play, we mobilize through the environment picking up trash and have it properly disposed of.
